I began my professional life in film and television, spending 18 years in professional audio recording, including work with National Geographic while living in Beijing, China. That chapter of my life sharpened my attention to detail and taught me something invaluable — how to truly listen.
Over time, I felt called toward more meaningful, human-centered work. I retrained in Professional Counselling and Life Coaching through Rhodes Wellness College and now serve as a Certified Life Coach and a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (C) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).
For over three years, I worked on the front lines as a Mental Health Support Worker, walking alongside individuals living with complex and persistent mental health challenges. That experience strengthened my clinical insight, deepened my empathy, and grounded my work in practical, real-world understanding. I am also trained in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), equipping me to confidently and compassionately support individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or acute emotional distress.

My approach is calm, structured, and collaborative. I don’t rush the process, and I don’t shame setbacks. Growth requires both accountability and compassion — and I help you build both. Many of the individuals I work with are men who feel pressure to “hold it together” while silently carrying stress, frustration, or emotional shutdown. Together, we create space for strength and honesty to coexist.

Nature is an important part of my work. Healing, like the natural world, unfolds steadily and with intention. Whether we meet virtually or outdoors, my role is to walk alongside you — helping you move from feeling stuck, stressed, or shut down toward clarity, resilience, and wholeness. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
